Michael and Victoria met in 2007 in middle school. Michael as the hopeless romantic he was, confessed his feelings to Victoria. She was having none of it. So instead, they went their separate ways. They found themselves becoming friends while in the same social circles throughout grade school. Victoria moved out of state for college.

One fateful summer night in 2014, Victoria visited her friends in Austin. After meeting up, it was obvious to both of them that a spark was ignited. But alas, 878 miles of American southern coast separates our two lovers.

Finally in holiday 2017 during a visit to Austin, Michael and Victoria decided to go on their first date. After pho and ice skating, they knew the connection they had together was special. Throwing caution to wind, they began a long distance relationship.

After a long time apart (with visits here and there), our lovers reunited in Austin. In August 2018, they could finally have a normal relationship without the stress of distance. Their love blossomed- weathering career changes, Covid, studying, and all the things that living life brings. Through it all, they leaned into loving and nurturing each other.
